Some girls find that guys who are virgins are a turn on. Maybe she's one of those girls and she will take control.
I think the best thing to do is this... if you aren't sure if it is feeling good for her, ask her. You don't have to be blunt about it, but say something like "how's that feel?" or "do you like it like that?" Hopefully, if she knows what's good for her, she'll respond back honestly. If not, then it's her fault, and not yours.
As far as being nervous about sex, don't be. If you are small, then there is nothing you can do about it, so no need to worry about something you can change. If you are a virgin... well, sex is pretty much an primal instinct, your gonna get it right for the most part. Just make sure to check in with her! Oh, and remember to have fun, and be safe.
