I eat 5-6 days good food and one day of whatever, and ive taken of @30 pounds since december. You have to treat yourself good, alot, in order to treat yourself bad, a little!

Hopefully this is not a "normal" situation for you. Binge today and start a "New" diet tomorrow. If you find yourself doing this often then you have a problem and will find that staying on a diet will be difficult as your body/mind will be looking forward to messing the diet up so that you can "Eat ALOT of crap today and start a new diet tomorrow". Well it wasn't the best idea but what is done is done. We have all been there! The problem you have is that you think of it as a diet and not as a lifestyle change that will make you better and healthier for the long run. Try to always remember that this is something that you want to stick to and not just an immediate change or else you will lose the weight and just gain it back. Eat healthy and exercise (and even eat bad food every once in awhile) and you will be good! Good luck!

Well, it really depends on how much you ate today.
And most likely it wasnt a bad idea, just dont make a habit out of it and you'll be fine. Im definately guilty of some splurge days myself.
