it depends on how much fat free mass you have as to how much energy is expended during exercise

run: 204 cals
jog: 18-20 cals.
total of: 252-254

it depends on how much you weight and how tall are you, a person weight 180 lbs lose more calories than a person weight 150lbs and so on.......

it's probably about 300 calories......, all the running is already about 220 cals.
