Kibbles & Bits is a very low quality food. According to http://menufoods.com/recall/product_dog.html, it is NOT one of the foods in the recall. However, you should take this opportunity to switch your dog to a higher quality food like Blue Buffalo (available at Petsmart) or Natural Balance (available at PetCo). The few dollars a month extra may help in the long run with less vet bills, less grooming bills, less time spent cleaning up poop, etc.

There is a HUGE RECALL on a lot of foods right now! Kibbles and Bits is not a very good grade of food overall in general terms. You may want to get a better quality food for your dog anyway. Royal Canin makes a terrifc line of dog foods as does Nature's Choice and Innova, Wellness, and Canidea. All of these can be found at PetCo or Petsmart.

It's not a good food. There are alot of dog foods out there
and people probably think that they are all the same, but
they are not. Some dog foods actually cause problems for
dogs, lack of fibre and other things. Don't buy food anywhere
except at a pet store, and just talk to someone working
there for the type of food that's best for your dog.

Kibbles&bits is one of the worse dog foods ever. Its the only brand that lists sugar in the ingredients.
