hahaha, thats the funniest thing Ive ever read on "Answers". Depends what part of queens, take Ridgewood for example many residents just barely make a little more than minimum wage, average rent is about 1300 for a 2 bedroom. If you venture into Forest Hills (where I went to High School) its a large wealthy mostly jewish area, million dollar homes on tree lined blocks. But queens also has a couple of Ghettos which are a lil cheaper but your dodging bullets when you leave the house!

Most of Queens is middle income or less. There are some higher income neighborhoods, Forest Hills, Jamaica Estates (up in the back), Douglaston, but most of these are also mostly upper middle class. Every borough has it's upper middle class areas (especially Manhattan). Normally you can tell by the size of the houses and the fact that the neighborhoods are very residential.

Parts of Queens are, Forest Hills has some wealthy areas. Overall it's working people and families. A nice place to live, very diverse. Until everyone gets priced out like Brooklyn that is.

Just like any other place, parts of it are, and parts of it aren't. When they say that Queens is a small representation of the entire world, they mean it haha.
