If this God would've come into existance then we would be able to have some sort of evidance that we could point to and say ah yes this proves it there is a God.
No such proof of God so logic dictates there is no God!
There is no proof of the tooth fairy does that mean there is one? Absolutely NOT! Same with God!

God was before ever thing, so if there really were dinosaurs, then God created them. So, yes, the dinosaurs had God.

While I cannot remember who said it, there is a famous quote that goes "And if horses believe in God, then to horses He is in the image of a horse." Thus the meaning is that if animals do believe in God, then they would undoubtably believe and relate to God in their own image...to be somewhat like themself. There is a Buddhist monk who said once "To a bird, God is a bird. To a lotus, God is a lotus. Each of us understands God from our own limited perception of our experiences." So to a dinosaur, God was a dinosaur! :)

God came into existence when smart people thought of a way of getting other people to behave themselves. Prior to that we pretty much did what we wanted. Best form of government ever invented. If you're bad you go to the firey pit so everyone behaves. A work of genius.
