Everyone's voice sounds different when it's recorded. Unless you hear people wince you speak, don't worry about it, and move on!!

Do you mean the sound of your voice, or your speech patterns? Not much you can do about your voice, but if you want to improve your speech patterns, you could take some voice coaching. Like singers do to improve their enunciation and strength of the voice. If its your dialect, like a southern twang, or a northern clip it just takes practice. Its set in your brain as you learned to talk and its hard to change. But, its possible, just takes a lot of practice and concentration while you speak.
