what does it do to your body and does it really help you lose weight how?? and how much do u have to drink to lose weight??

There are many differing opinions on green tea. I drink it all the time, and I couldn't say that it helps me lose weight as studies have been done and the only real conclusions which can be made are most people who drink green tea have healthier lifestyles than those who don't (i.e. eating and exercise regimes).

Green tea is good for you, it may or may not help you lose weight, either way what have you got to lose, give it a try.

I drink green tea daily & have been doing so for nearly four years now. A friend got me turned on to drinking green tea, in the leaf form, when I was in the very early stages of losing weight. I was skeptical about it helping in weight loss, but decided to give it a try. I was amazed at how much it helped. I take a rounded tablespoon of the green tea leaves, put it into the filter of my coffee pot, & then I fill the coffee pot with cold water, then brew the tea as you would coffee. I drink the whole pot daily, until it's gone. I drink it hot & cold, depending what I prefer that day. I spend a lot of time using the bathroom, but that's because it's working. If you look up "Gunpowder" green tea,( leaf form) it will tell you what you need to know about it & how to order it. A little bit of the tea goes a long way. Green tea is good for you, not only does it aid in weight loss, by getting rid of the impurities in the body, but it thwarts off many kinds of cancer as well.

green tea has been with us since our grandparent's time, it's just now that they get a lot of commercialism. it' s just as good as fruits and vegetable, it might help in your plan to losing weight , but i guess the best way still to lose weight is thru diet restriction and plenty of exercise.

Green tea is good for you, if the green tea you're drinking is good.

The tea leaves in tea bags are what are usually referred to in the tea industry as "dustings." They have been exposed to oxygen and are the lowest quality form of tea.

(There is the occasional exception.)

For best quality you want to seek out "whole leaf" teas. They're pretty obvious because the leaves aren't "dust" like they are in the tea bags.

i drink the green tea liquid that comes with an eye dropper.

i can add this to any beverage and it taste good and not yucky as i am not in love with that taste.

what green tea does for me is to cause me to eat less and have a great anti-oxidants..which fights free radicals in your body.

you can get the green tea drops in any good health food store

Green tea has antioxidants called flavanoids in it. They help to destroy cancer causing free radicals in your body. That I know for sure...

The wieght loss, may be from some sort of metabolic boost you get, or from hydration by means of tea...
