ok... so i am in dance classes and i really want to watch my weight.... but every time i try to eat i think i am ganeing weight.. and every time i try to eat at least 1 peice of pizza i think i am fat but i am not!! HELP ME!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!! :)

Listen, you shouldnt get all worked up about it. I eat tons of food a day. In fact, i crave food every hour. But i have a fast metabolism-(dont think i spelled that right)and i dont gain like a pound.
The truth is, just because you eat something , it doesnt mean that you are gaining weight. Try not to think about what or when you eat. When you stress like that, you gain weight. Just let it loose. Plus, since you are in dance classes , if you do gain any weight, it will burn off really fast.

You might want to seek professional mental health. Ongoing problems with food can lead to eating disorders. Or at least you should confirm with somebody you trust.

WELL i also personaly know you and i totally agree that you need to loose weight! i think you are so fat it grosses me out! LOOSE SOME WIGHT..my opinion is that you dont eat at all...that all i ahve to say..good luck * COGH COGH cow*
