For me, I lost weight with a combo of exercise and eating. I ate approx. 5 times per day, some "meal" options are, one slice of toast and peanut butter, low/nonfat yogurt, bananas, celery w/peanut butter, carrots, lean meats, and for drinks, anything that is zero calorie, (there are some great ones out there!) or green tea! Green tea is becoming a very healthy drink! Eat in smaller portions, and when reading labels, watch out for serving size. Eat any fats, oils, sugary "junk food" rarely if ever. If you cant keep yourself from eating junk food, only have a taste, and try to satisfy yourself with that.
For exercise, I try to go to the gym for an hour 5 times per week, and do lots of weight lifting! Believe me, weight lfting is like cheating! It works wonders more than cardio and flexibility, but be sure to do those to. At first it is hard to change your ways, but when you really work at it, it feels really good. You don't get more and more tired, but you get more energy, and feel like your on top of the world! Good luck!

You can to this by eating less junk food such as Chips, Sodas, and Cookies.
Also by eating more healthy foods such as Broccoli, Celery, Salads, Carrots and so on.
For a snack you can eat a celery or somethin instead of candy or chips.
To exercise, you can make up a plan to do everyday like, run 20min or Cycling for 30min.

Drink lots of water. Not 8 glasses a day, make it at least 12.
The best exercise for those problem areas are of course walking/jogging, but rollerblading. It requires you to squat in movement and you rely on your thigh, backside and stomach to balance.
Oh yeah and go easy on junk food and anything refined.

actually - exercise is going to be the best idea for you.
Cardio: run, swim, walk, etc.
While doing so, eliminate toxic foods from drive through and the middle of stores (boxed, canned, frozen foods). Shop the perimeter of the store (fruit, veggies, meat/poultry/fish, dairy). Organic is best. No soda (especially diet soda), and no high fructose corn syrup. Light on the starches and other carbs, but don't eliminate them.

diet and exercise

eat protein in the a.m.
cut back on carbs and starches...eat green veggies..raw is good..carrot sticks
cottage cheese
black coffee in the a.m. two cups..to get you going
walk, run, swimmings, any sports that involves exercise like basketball or soccer...rugby?
fast dancing? don't laugh it burns calories.
any exercise that gets your heart rate up and you start sweating is going to burn fat..and yes housework is a great exercise...you mom will love that one. lol

fresh and steamed veggies and fresh fruits. Fill up on watermelon, it will hydrate you while it flushes fatty deposits. Do not eat any fried foods, or baked goodies with trans fats.... look for the words "partially hydrogenated" and avoid that like the plague. That's what causes cellulite.

Eat carrots, fruits, and dont eat cakes.
If you want to get rid of thigh, stomach fat, do crunches, and leg lifts. I have no idea how to get rid of fat on the butt, so good luck with that.

try squats every day, try to eat little fruit snacks through out the day, and try to avoid heavy foods like breads, pizzas, and stuffing. eat salads, apples, celery...etc. hope i helped.

do weight watchers. you can eat what ever and you loose like 1-4 pounds a week if your really good about it.
