OK like this guy i really really like always calls me ugly and then he likes no im just kidding but i dont know if hes just kidding or not!!! He pokes me and stares at me and sometimes talks to me but hes a big flirt and i like him a lot!!! And we have gone out 4 times but he has cheated on me all 4 times and he wanted to make this girl jealous!!!! But its better when we arent going out cuz he talks to me but like 3 days ago he like i luv u HAHA!!!!! Does he like me???

NO. No no no. He's using you. Get away from him. He's obviously being mean and it doesn't matter if he's kidding or not. He's immature and it doesn't matter how much you like him. Any guy who calls you ugly in ANY way, in ANY circumstance is not worth a second glance. It doesn't matter what a guy means, when he says something that might upset a girl, he knows it, and if he doesn't know it by now, that's just another reason to say "Bye Bye". I would've punched him in the face and walked away.

It sounds as if he's playing you, especially since he has cheated on you 4 times (which the rule is three strikes, so that's one strike too many). Maybe he just looks at you as "friend-material," not "relationship-material." He still has a lot of growing-up to do, since girls grow up fastest than boys, mentally (and physically). Obviously, he sounds like the type of guy that plays a lot, so yes, I believe he likes you, as a friend, but not as a boyfriend.
AND, you really shouldn't be thinking about going out and getting a boyfriend. You should concentrate on your school work first, get a job, get a apartment, THEN have a guy-friend to hang out with. You're too young to act grown; stay in a child's place for right now.

Even if he does I think it's best to just leave this guy alone. If you've been together 4 times and it hasn't worked, trust 5th time is not the charm. Especially if he's calling you ugly, joking or not, that's not cool. If my boyfriend had called me ugly before we started dating trust he'd never have to worry about us being together. I'm sure you're a nice girl and you can find somebody way better than him who will treat you with respect and not use you. Good Luck

He might like you but if you two were friends perhaps he doesnt want to ruin the friendship between the two of you.But if he is cheats on you 4times,may be only friendship he wants from you,and flirting with you is only hes way to keep you around him if he enjoy your company at the same time he want to take advantage of you specially if he knows well you liked him much too.Godd luck the choice is yours.

Sounds to me like he is messing you and ever other girl around no matter what he says, whether he means it or not! he just sounds immature, mean, and once a cheater almost always one! i wouldnt waste my time on him hun, you can do a lot better!
