you know how they search your car?shouldnt they search your gasoline tank?suppose a waste managment truck is coming in wich ussualy have very large gas tank around 500 gallons they could be terrorists and fill the tank with half gas half syntax put a small charge in the tank and blow it up only vaporized gas makes a bomb.but with the syntax ignites when with fire and ignites the gasoline and it makes the biggist fuel air bomb anyone on the base has ever seen.

Yes that is possible. The measures taken at each base to protect against just such an attack depend on the current threat to that base as determined by the Post Commander and their staff. If it was thought that a base was seriously at risk for such an attack, ie any base in Iraq, the measures taken to search vehicles would be far more intensive. In addition each facility on a post is evaluated as to its importance and based that and its vulnerability different security measures are taken to protect it. Examples of the types of security measure that can be taken are increased patrols, fences, barriers that establish blast distance or armed guards.
If you search the video sites on the internet you can find video of exactly such attacks on military bases in Iraq. They were unsuccessful.

that is so true, but they cant search everyone like that, imagine how long the wait would be to get on post. they could also rip up your back seat to see if you have hidden weapons or bombs, they have to limit what they can do to get people in and out ya know
