children already had? The 2 children that were put in the hospitals were already ill with pneumonia.....yet they blamed the raids. I'm sick of these these sob stories that hold no merit.

The NY Times got busted again in a full fledged propoganda scam. They tried to make it look like the illegal aliens were being treated in an inhumane manner by ICE, but of course that's not the case at all. And what difference would that make anyway? They're still illegal and should be returned to their own country - WITH their children.

If anyone subscribes to the New York Times, or knows anyone who does, isn't it time to remind ourselves of why newspapers exist? Isn't it to report the news as objectively and accurately as possible? Most metropolitan newspapers have become unabashed political pamphlets for some radical left agenda; any resemblance to actual facts is merely a coincidence.

No wonder so many newspaper subscriptions (and primetime news channels) are in decline. People have been forced to find other places where they can get real news.

I haven't heard of this yet but I still think I can give an articulate answer, so let me put it this way:
If I and my fictional husband had 2 children, and we committed a crime in the U.S.and we were arrested by the Authorities and they forfeited any right to bond. And lets say there was no immediate family, or that no immediate family came forward to claim my children. And the Govt. was forced to put our children in foster care, and our children showed symptoms of pneumonia while in foster care. Do you think I would be able to blame the police who arrested me in the first place because my children became ill. (excuse my language) But He11 F-ing NO !!!!!!!!
These damn illegals want more rights here than what we get being U.S. Citizens.
Oh El Presidente Jorge, see the problems you created, by not enforcing our current illegal immigration laws a lot sooner?.

And the real kicker in the a** would be if the I.C.E. Agents that made the arrest, get tried and convicted for 2 counts of child endangerment , and are forced to do 10 yrs in Federal Prison while awaiting their appeals.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I hadnt heard about it,but why cant the law get the parents in trouble for not taking care of their sick children before the raids?Im so sick of illegals breaking all the laws and getting away with murder, and yet most citizens cant even get a credit card, grrrrrrrrrrrr!Another little aspect: How is the arrest of these criminals any different than the arrest of any American citizen? If I get arrested and go to prison do I start crying to the heavens about how the evil government is breaking up my family? Who's at fault? The evil government for enforcing the laws?

The parents should have had a plan. The government seems to have gone to extreme pains to see that the children were being cared for, but if a parent is arrested for breaking the law, that isn't the law's fault.

Yes, maybe the raids saved those children's lives by provoking their hospitalizations...

For one I am not for the president kicking out people & the government doesn't do things how they should, If u think about it immigrants started this country who are we to say who is immigrants, I feel if the person is working , not causing problems, & trying to make a better life who are we or the president to say who can say. Maybe this is off ur point but my niece has been dating a illegal for a few year s & they can't get married bcuz he doesn't have papers & doesn't know how to go about it without getting in trouble & their son would be crushed if his daddy got deported. With all the criminals we have i just think there priorities should be supervised alot more & prioritized alot better .
