how to organise?

I'm a student from Russia and would like to organise a survey about abbreviations and acronums in the net. It's the theme of my diploma. English-speaking people should be asked several questions. How to organise it? Are there any forums?

Perhaps you could use the "Polls & Surveys" section of Yahoo! Answers to get your data, just a thought.....
