I have poodles too, and the reason why they get so gross ,is because his or her eyes, groomer uses some product that your poodle may be allergic to. My advice is to Talk to your Groomer about her products she uses, and make sure you write the name of the products on a piece of paper and talk to your vet on what you can do so your cute poodle have her sticky eyes be more beautiful than ever!!!!! You can try some eye drops...
but if your poodle is still young... tearing, which results to the sticky stuff under the eyes, is okay for puppies..

You can use washrag with warm water to wash it away.then the dog wont have black ichy stuff under it's eye.
