That depends on what you need the baking soda for. If it's for a recipe (baking), you can use baking powder instead (or increase the called-for amount of baking powder).

i dont think there is an alternative to baking soda

there is not one if it calls for baking soda use baking soda or if you are making cookies or something they will not turn out right.
