i'm 12 and i weigh about 124 lbs and 5 '1 tall. there's this boy i like but i think i'm too fat. I need ideas on how 2 lose weight in about 2 weeks to at least 110 or 115 lbs. any tips

you should eat this diet:

-breakfast- two pieces of wheat bread and blueberries
-lunch-canned soup.
snack- light popcorn
dinner- grilled chicken, salmon, or whole wheat pasta.

and one sweet. that will help you lose weight, most calories are from fatty snacks.

Oook look thats the problems with all u girl u think ur fat when ur really are not.u say ur 12 right well the average wait 4 a 12 year old that is about ur hate is 124. dod't worry how u look at the outside if the guys that u like really feels the way u feel 4 him he wont care how u look. on the idea of not eatin junk food is stupid cause ur body needs those sweets 2 stay healthy but dodnt over do it ether. If u want 2 lose a litle mor weight u should work in the normal bases. ok. well hope i help u a little bit.

I would KILL if I could weigh that muck I am only 14 and I weigh a little more than you
you are Not that big for a 12 year old just watch what you eat don't guzzle down McDonald's 24/7 or ding dongs
and you should join the middle school sports, or any extracurricular activities to be active, when I was in volleyball, I ate right, and doing all of that exercising from practice the pounds melted off, so stay busy, but don't over do it!!

first of all, don't worry about what he thinks. if you seriously think you're overweight, simply eat right and exercise. (DO NOT starve yourself- in the long run, this will only make you bigger) and another thing, losing that much weight in two weeks is seriously bad for you. if you do lose that much weight in two weeks or less, your skin will become VERY saggy and make you look just as big as you did before you lost it.

just take a chance and ask this kid out. if he actually says that he doesn't like you because you're too big, then why would you want someone who doesn't like you for who you are?

your only 12 so dont over due it!1 at your age just exerc cise more.dont lose any more than 2 pound a week your still growing . 2 weks is not very long and you could become very sick if you lose 10 pounds in that time you could even die!! just exercise and skip snacks and pop and you will lose naturally.

You can only safely lose two pounds, in two weeks. Any more, and you are putting yourself at risk, and it probably will not stay off.

You are not too fat, anyway. You need to be confident, that is what a guy looks for.

Running, Dieting, Drinking Lots of Water, Taking vitamins and health supplements, Sleeping Good, Doing Push ups and Sit Ups, and having fun in moderation.

Start jogging and when you can't run anymore then walk. Really your best bet is to have confidence in yourself regardless of your weight. If you do not love yourself you cannot expect anyone else to either.

Don't lose weight for guys!!!!!!!! Do it for yourself. But if you still want to lose weight cutting back on things you love. Exercise.

ok you don't need to lose weight for a guy actually you SHOULDN'T loss weight for a guy if you are unhealthy then you should if he likes you or is eaven nice then he won't care about your weight for get about weight loss consentrat on him
