Is there any programs to edit pictures?

Like the ones that you put 2 pictures together looking like one?

Well, if you buy any brand of Digital Camera or Camcorder, they will give you a CD-installer that allows you to do all sorts of editing with the videos and picutres. You can merge pictures into one, crop, animate, etc. There are no limits. But if you do not prefer to buy any Digital Camera, just buy the CD-Installer only. There are many brands, and the best brands are Sony and Sharp.

there is paint under accesories, and there are various programs you can purchase at like Best Buy and Circut City.
