Grafenware Germany ,If yes how long and what did you do there........................................................................................

I was stationed in Mainz, Germany from 1982-1985 and 1987-1990. For both of those rotations we would go to Grafenwher for 30 days (live fire training) and Hohenfels for 30 days (manuever training), back to back, twice a year. Back then there was nothing at Grafenwher except for the cadre that operated the ranges. I think it has built up alot since then.

I wasn't stationed there, but participated in a V Corps Warfighter and other training exercises there... my husband went to PLDC there (now I think it's called Warrior Leader Course)... anyway were just talking about trying to go back to Germany and we're looking at Graf or Vilseck...it's beautiful country there, and close to all the good shopping in Poland and Czech

Not in Grafenware but I have been to Germany 4 times. Is it in Northern Germany, Cenrtal like around Frankfurt or Southern like around Stuggart?
