What kinds of things should i eat? I have weight training every day for an hour, so what kinds of activities should i be doing?

eat lean meats full of protein. Eat a good amount of veggies and fruits too to balance things out. For breakfast try putting the really soft kind of tofu in a smoothie, trust me, you can't taste it, I was sick once and my mom was afraid I wasn't getting enough protein and vitamins so she put tofu in my smoothie, lol, because my throat hurt and it was easy to just drink a smoothie, lol.

Also, keep up the weight training but do a lot of different exercises, and don't worry about weight too much. You don't have to be lifting 500 lbs to build muscle, find a weight that's challenging, but manageable and do a lot of reps of that weight.

Be careful not to overdo it either, if you hurt yourself or pull a muscle you are going to have to take some time off to let it heal while in the meantime you could be training more, so go at ur own pace, people's muscles build up at different rates.

eat a high protein diet, and heavy weight training. you might even want to use a protein supplement to help gain muscle mass

i may be wrong but i don't think weight training will do anything for fat loss. you want to incorporate some cardio to your routine otherwise you will just be building muscle over fat.

Vary your weight training.

cardio. mix things up. don't do the same weight routine day after day.
