Cholesterol only comes from animal products. Therefore:
meat
egg yolks
lard, tallow
shrimp, oysters, mussels
butter, milkfat, cheeses, butter, cream
ice cream, full-fat yogurt
But a low cholesterol diet also includes avoiding foods high in saturated fats, like coconut or palm oils.

Egg yolks, but I love eggs.
Otherwise pretty much any food high in saturated fats, like many cooking oils, deep fried foods and the like. Baked goods from the cooking oil. etc.

Pizza, Hamburgers, Shrimp, chocolate (but i still love it!!, LOL!!) Basically almost all the food you can buy/get at a fast food restaturant. But if you eat in moderately you should be fine drink lots of water and excerise regularly.
