Three things you must do:
1. Call the Vet
2. Call the Vet
3. Call the vet

There is no excuse for not talking to your vet if your puppy has been throwing up for that long.

CALL THE VET

You could even call an emergency vet clinic since it is Sunday evening.

You should take her to the vet.. Once she is throwing up for a couple of days, not eating and losing weight, dehydration is a huge concern.

Sick young puppies can die extremely quickly of they are ill,
it should be considered a medical emergency, so find a vet right now phone your vet see if they have a doctor on call, if not check the yellow pages of your phone book see what vet have emergency services and get her there as fast as you can

Puppies are mischievous and get into things she may have swallowed something that she can not pass and that will make her throw up constantly, even water. She needs to go to vet asap.

I wouldn't let it go any longer. Call your vet or take her to an emergency animal clinic. I hope everything works out for your puppy.

You need to get your pup into the vets first thing in the morning. She can become very dehydrated by vomiting so much. Keep her warm tonight and give her only water to drink, no food.

Hope she will be alright.

You need to take her to the vet, ASAP!! She could just have some minor virus, but since she is so tiny, the virus is bad. my cat almost died from the common cold, because she is only 8 pounds.
