How to search files while its "hidden" attribute is turned on. I'm using Windows XP

you need to enable show hidden files to show hidden files go to the control panel and click folder options click the view tab and look for show hidden files and folders then put a dot in show hidden files and folders then click apply
to show important system files remove the tick in the box that reads hide protected operating system files (recommended) and click apply

Go to 'My Computer', then the 'Tools' menu; select 'Folder Options', then a new window will appear. There are some tabs, select the tab 'View', then look for the list 'Hidden Files and Folders'. There will be two other sub lists, select the list 'Show hidden files and folders'. Then press 'Apply' and 'OK'. And becareful when you open these hidden files, many of these files are vital to the computer and will cause serious problems if they were modified, moved, or deleted.

ninety% risk u have an outbreak that deletes that device record each and every time u restore... there is not any way that u can restore that except you a technique or the different can get domicile windows to start till now it gets deleted... and get the archives onto a flashdrive or yet another laptop... the only different factor to attempt is reeinstall domicile windows without wiping the perplexingchronic...
