Just use 3/4 white sugar in your recipe. If you *really* want to be precise, add about ¼ tsp. molasses as well.

Here is how to substitute white sugar for brown sugar in a recipe:
Use 3/4 cup white sugar (instead of the 3/4 cup brown sugar), and add 3 tablespoons of molasses. Also if there are other liquids in your recipe, try to decrease the amount of liquid in the recipe by 2 tablespoons.
Hope this helps!

White sugar is processed and bleached and usually made from beets, brown sugar is not as processed and is from sugarcane. You can't make white sugar in brown sugar.
