I only found 3 so far; Crown of Life, Crown of Glory, and Crown Incorruptible. Aside from eternal life, does the Bible speak of other types of rewards?

Also, do you think we should specifically seek the crowns mentioned above? In other words, instead of just living the Christian life and being faithful and obedient and get what comes from living that life, should we seek these crowns? I am not wanting to have a selfish motive for by being obedient and faithful.

Hope you understand the question.

Romans 14:10-12 says, “For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat…so then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.” 2 Corinthians 5:10 tells us, “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.” In the context of both Scriptures, it is clear that they are referring to Christians, not unbelievers. The Judgment Seat of Christ, therefore, involves believers giving an account of their lives to Christ. The Judgment Seat of Christ does not determine salvation; that was determined by Christ’s sacrifice on our behalf (1 John 2:2), and our faith in Him (John 3:16). All of our sins are forgiven and we will never be condemned for them (Romans 8:1). We should not look at the Judgment Seat of Christ as God judging our sins, but rather as God rewarding us for our lives. Yes, as the Scriptures say, we will have to give an account of our lives. Part of this is surely answering for the sins we committed. However, that is not going to be the primary focus of the Judgment Seat of Christ.

At the Judgment Seat of Christ, believers are rewarded based on how faithfully they served Christ (1 Corinthians 9:4-27; 2 Timothy 2:5). The things we will likely be judged on are how well we obeyed the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), how victorious we were over sin (Romans 6:1-4), how well we controlled our tongue (James 3:1-9), etc. The Bible speaks of believers receiving crowns for different things based on how faithfully they served Christ (1 Corinthians 9:4-27; 2 Timothy 2:5). The various crowns are described in 2 Timothy 2:5; 2 Timothy 4:8; James 1:12; 1 Peter 5:4; and Revelation 2:10. James 1:12 is a good summary of how we should think about the Judgment Seat of Christ, “Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.”

I think that all of those different sounding rewards all mean the same thing, that we will have eternal life in the presence of God. That's what I "think" anyhow. It doesn't mean that I'm right. I've studied this subject too and it basically seems like the best reward a believer can hope for in addition to the one I've already mentioned is this one that Jesus spoke of in these parables.

Matthew 25:21 His master said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.'

Luke 19:17 And he said to him, 'Well done, good servant! Because you have been faithful in a very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.'

I do not believe that the crowns you mention are physical awards, but instead they represent everlasting life, filled with glory, and the state of an incorruptible being.

I found a few other things for you, which are the heavenly rewards promised to all who overcome the world, in Christ:

Rev 2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches: He that shall overcome shall not be hurt by the second death.

Rev 2:26 And he that shall overcome and keep my words unto the end, I will give him power over the nations.

Rev 3:5 He that shall overcome shall thus be clothed in white garments: and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life. And I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.

Rev 3:12 He that shall overcome, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God: and he shall go out no more. And I will write upon him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God, and my new name.

Rev 3:21 To him that shall overcome, I will give to sit with me in my throne: as I also have overcome and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Rev 21:7 He that shall overcome shall possess these things. And I will be his God: and he shall be my son.

Catholics rightly understand that the Blessed Virgin Mary was the first human who, by the grace of God, was able to qualify for all of them.

Many of the other saints may, too.

May the grace and mercy of God permit all of us to be so fortunate.

The peace of mind, the profound love and comfort that I receive right now is more reward than I deserve. I have too much to be thankful for right now to be concerned with eternity.
