I suggest you stick to healthy meals. Don't forget to include fruits and veggies!!
Drink water!! Lots of water!!
And, try to fit in time to exercise. Even if it means just walking around the block! All the little things do add up!!

If you just eat normally and do some mild exercise as you feel like it; you will be fine. Don't over-do yourself. Most of it is swelling from having the baby and it takes a month or more for that to go back into place. It took 9 months to get that way; you can't expect to go back down immediately. Everything that stretched out has to gradually shrink back to the way it was. It's swollen in there. Give it time. Before you know it you will be back to normal. Believe me. I had two.

try this fun diet get two table spoons of pancake syurp and lime jucie or orange jucie 8 oz of water and bell pepper put it all together and shake it up and you get a sweet loveable drink for lossing weight you can use instead of lunch. Its Beyonce's diet. also do 2 hours of exerise a day and smaller amounts of food

try to squeeze in some cruches when the baby is asleep and push ups or join a gym class.
