if so, what does this verse mean:

romans 1:25They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

It means that people [the Romans] turned to worshipping idols that were carved in the likeness of animals, or worshipping animals themselves rather that the Creator who IS God.

This is a rebuke, not a statement.

Jesus-Messiah=God. Jesus is a manifestation of God that God chose to use for the benefit of mankind for the redemption of sin. You, myself, and anyone else on this planet, except Jesus, are creations of God. Jesus is God, and is therefore creator, not created. The verse you refer to is a rebuke against the Romans by Paul for their worship of a thing, and not the worship of God.
Any religion can make war, even humanists can make a cause for war. Let's keep that point true and honest. Men make war, not a "true" religion, or better yet, a faith.

I'm thankful that you are seeking the truth. Jesus Christ is God. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1). The verse you cited is talking about how unbelievers have ignored the truth about God and instead giving honor to created things such as animals, i.e. saying man evolved from them, and so forth. The verse really has nothing to do with the Lord Jesus as much as it does the foolishness of man.
Anyone can claim to be God, but what evidence is there to support their claim? The answer is clear: None. But Jesus Christ was different, and the reason is because He not only claimed to be God, but His whole life was a witness to its truth. Because of that, He alone could truthfully say, "I and the Father are one" (John 10:30).

What evidence is there for Jesus' divinity? The first is that of His sinless life—something only God could do. The Bible says Jesus was "tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin" (Hebrews 4:15). Then there is the evidence of His miracles—miracles that demonstrated the power of God.

But the final proof of Jesus' divine nature was His resurrection from the dead. Anyone could claim to be the Son of God, but only Christ proved it by coming back from the grave—an event witnessed by hundreds. Who was Jesus Christ? He was God in human flesh—and He came into this world for one reason: to save us from our sins. Why not open your heart to Him today?

Your referenced verse does not say that Christ was created.
The Word only tells us that Jesus was with God in the beginning, and all things, through Him was created.

The discussion concerns the nature of man's ruin and God's wrath on the unrighteousness.

You really need to read the whole chapter and not just pull one verse.

It is referring to God's wrath against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness (i.e., by preaching another gospel) because what is known of God is evident in them, for God has shown it to them and are clearly seen. We are without excuse if we say there is no God.

They are humanistic and proclaim the supremacy of man and deny God in their religious philosophy; they make gods of themselves.

They knew God but did not glorify him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts and their foolish hearts were darkened.

God gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves.

These were people of that day and we still have this in our society now doing the same thing. Because man is exceedly wicked in his heart and needs to be converted to have the mind of Christ Jesus.

You need to read 1.23 to understand Paul is writing in his letters to Romans about the Wrath of God about Man's Sin and the "creation" they made

23 And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four footed beasts, and creeping things.

No, Jesus was not created; he is the beginning and the end. I know this is probably hard to comprehend, because I have a hard time imagining this sometimes also, but he was always there; there is no beginning and no end for him.
