Well if you want a pet Rottie with papers, you can look in the paper for Rottweilers for sale, and ask if they have a pet quality puppy for sale. Do your research on the dog breed, and breeder, and be sure they are well bred and socialized. If you want give a nice Rottie a home that didnt have the greatest parents to begin with go to Rottie Rescues or shelters in the Minnesota area. If you are around Minneapolis/St. Paul try

Here is the link to the AKC. It has a link to breeder referrals, breeder classifieds, and breed rescue locations. It also has one on responsible pet ownership which is what the AKC is all about. Please don't just buy a pup from a backyard breeder. Most of them are in it for the money and not the concern for the breed quality and genetic health. Take a look!

Why don't you try a rottweiler from an animal shelter or rescue group instead?

There are many rottweilers that end up in animal shelters and rescue groups every year. They need to find a forever loving home.

are you planning on showing?? then you do not need papers... go to AKC.ORG and click on rotties,, then click on breeder referral and then click on your state.... also,, find out where there are dog shows in your area and go to some... speak with the breeders there.
