I get a message that says, in effect that Outlook is not properly logged in to send a message. I'm using a wireless router to our other computer, linking the two together. If you can, please help.

It sounds to me like your Outlook setup is not correct.

Call your ISP (Verizon; Comcast; etc.) and have them help you with the settings to set up you Outlook email account.

In your Account settings - is all your info correct and accurate according to the info your ISP gave you? Make sure you have the right password.
