Iv just got back from work and for the last 2 hours i have suffered in pain with weird stomach cramps that i could barley move, then eventually i had a bowl movement and now cant stop going to the toilet, umfo tho it is runny, i dont nkow what to do Please please help! I'll go to the doctor tomrrow but how the hell do i get through this tonight?

you most likely ate something that was past its due date
use imodium like the girl above said and eat carbohydrates to help make more bulk=it s probably a 24 hour thing=if it goes on longer that that=see a Dr

You don't need to go to the doctor, necessarily - you just have diahrrea (sp?) - also known as "the runs".

Just take some immodium or pepto-bismol and take it easy for tonight. Make sure you drink LOTS of fluids, because you can get dehydrated... THEN you'd have a problem!

Odds are you ate something your tummy disagreed with... and now you're paying the price. Don't worry, you'll be fine in the morning. :)

Stay away from all milk products and solid food. If you have Immodium or Pepto Bismal around take that. Sip on clear soups, juices (apple) & water for 24 hours. You have the flu !

Hard boiled eggs are good for stoppimg diahrea. Dr Pepper is excellant for your stomach problems. Make sure you still out the bubbles. Dr Pepper was prescribed by a doctor many years age. i've been having stomach problems for the last few days, and Dr Pepper has been my salvation. Hope you feel better.

Get some Immodium or loperimide and take that. Drink lots of liquids.

there medication for that you buy over the counter like Pepi bespi or something like that.
