both - it's depends on what's happening in one's life. both have an influence. but, if you are looking for one answer, i would say for a girl, mom has more influence. she is there in time of confusion, fear and wonderment. she tries to answer, always not the right answers, but there to give support.

My dad is REALLY annoying and I tend to ignore him a lot so I'd have to say my mom. In a negative way though. She goes out a lot. and is cheating on my dad with some other guy named Jerry . She sleeps at his house on the weekends and sometimes weekdays when she's out too late to come home. But sh e's hardly ever home. She's either work or out with friends (including Jerry). I notice a lot of the time that I ignore or try to run away from my problems like she does. I spend more time with friends than family because I hate it at home. So in a way I'm a lot like her, but I'm trying to change that.

My Mom. She and I have had a strained relationship in the past. We've worked on it and I think we're better now than what we've ever been.
I don't have a good relationship w/ my dad. He doesn't know how to be one. :-(

*Hi, in my case I would have to say neither (why?)
well my father died when I was 2yrs old my mother
raised me but did a so-so job at it,especially when I would ask her about my dad and all she could say where bad things about him so I guess she is the on that has influenced me but not in a positive way...regardless I love them both the same.
