I'm a nurse and you have to use other methods as well. See a nutritionist for help in choosing the right herbal medicine that will help. Nothing will work 100% they will only slow the aging process and related problems. Take care

There are two parts to this question. The first is, is carrot juice good for your eyes. The answer to that one is yes, it helps maintain healthy eyes.
The second part is will it cure your vision. The answer to that one is no, because faulty vision has to do with the shape of your cornea and the muscles that control the lens in your eye. Neither of those is affected in any way by carrot juice.
It's like the difference between a car throwing a rod and running out of gas. If there isn't enough gas (carrot juice) the engine won't run properly, but if you throw a rod, you can fill the car, the trunk and the cab with gas but it won't solve a mechanical problem.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Well, Vitamin A is good for eye sight, but being near sighted or far sighted is not from lack of vitamins, just the way the light is reflected, and the shape of your eye ball.

Try contact lenses. They are awesome.

It is a help but not a cure all!
The dark circles aren't caused by the glasses.
Usually circles come from not enough sleep or ruptured blood vessels.

No it wont help your vision, that a fallacy. See an optician if you are worried about your eyes.
