Hi
On friday i damaged my toes, they are swollen including about 5 CM up the foot. The bit under where the toes are is broused
I need your help by giving me a few soloutions on getting the swelling down
thanks so much!

Put an icepack on your toes every 20 minutes and take aspirin.

Ice, elevation and Tylenol. Aspirin is not a good idea as it thins the blood.

It wouldn't hurt to get them x-rayed but there's not really a whole lot than can be done for broken toes other than taping them together for support.

Wear loose fitting shoes for a few days. If the pain, swelling and bruising does not improve over the next few days, see a doctor.

get to the urgent care for an xray.
keep your foot elevated, use ice and advil for pain and swelling, limit your weight bearing on the foot.

soak your foot in warm water with some epsom salt for 20 mins every other hour

Ice, wrap and elevate. You sure nothing is broken? Might not hurt to get an x-ray.

Try putting something warm on the area.
