Also happens with cake and tea.. you taste the cake's sugar but no matter how much sugar you add to your tea you still can't taste it. AND why doesnt it happen the other way round, like u can't taste the chocolate's sugar but you CAN taste the coke?

because the sugar in the chocolate is stronger then the sugar in coke so it over does it.

this is because some flavors over power other flavors. the chocolate you are eating much have a strong enough flavor that when u drink or eat other things you cant really taste their flavors. the same is true vice versa. if you eat the other foods first you can taste those but once you eat the chocolate u can taste it because of the intensive flavor

chocolate has an extract called mysoralasius and that causes other sugar levels to increase, making u overdose on sugar, your brain then blocks all sugar receptors so there you have it.
