if for 35 days i ate salads with tuna, fruit, vegetable, and 60 per serving calorie caramel rice snacks all equalling 1200 calories would i lose weight?

You probably would. 1200 calories is somewhat low though. Don't be afraid to eat a little more.

yes, you probably would but as soon as you start eating normal you will gain it all back and even more
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

try this fun diet get two table spoons of pancake syurp and lime jucie or orange jucie 8 oz of water and bell pepper put it all together and shake it up and you get a sweet loveable drink for lossing weight you can use instead of lunch. Its Beyonce's diet. also do 2 hours of exerise a day and smaller amounts of food

i lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks so far

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
