Drinking orange juice within an hour after running will speed the removal of lactic acid from your body, thus making you less sore.

If you're already sore try stretching, taking a bath & just enjoying it (it means that your gaining strength). Just be careful if you're always this sore after track practice you might be overtraining. If it's the beginning of the season expect to be sore for the first week or two.

First you want to make sure you are stretching properly before and after you run. You need to hold the stretch for 20 seconds. If you still have a problem, try an ice bath which may help. However, you may need to use heat which will relax the muscles making you feel better.

1) take some amino acids after you run.
2) have a warm bath with epsom salt

I assume you take a pretty warm shower before you go to bed. Do you ever take something mild for pain before you go to sleep? Between the two, you should feel better if you get plenty of sleep.
