Most hangovers involve a headache and maybe a little queasiness. You've gone beyond that. Your body is telling you that have actually toxically poisoned it. You'll have to ride this out. Try starting with some chicken noodle soup. That has worked for me. Respect your body bayboy.

As these folks have said, water and electrolyte boosters like Gatorade etc. Also, activated charcoal to absorb the alcohol left over, and when your stomach is able to keep something down, vitamin B (liquid preferably) complex. If you like basil, you can make a tea with it and/or peppermint and that settles things a bit too, chamomile is another good one. This is not a good idea if you're doing this more than once in a very long while, but I confess I have used a small dose of codeine to get me through the pain. NOT until your stomach settles though, it will make nausea worse. There's another herbal "inhalation" remedy, to help the nausea and the pain, but I would get kicked out of this forum if I mentioned it. Just listen to some Bob Marley and see what you think of lol *wink wink nudge nudge*

Do not over consume in the first place.
You can poison yourself with alcohol and cause serious damage to your body.
Now that the lecture is over, you need to rehydrate yourself.
Do not worry about food at this point.
What is crucial is lots of fluids and replacing your electrolytes.
Pedialyte although for children works wonders.
Next time plan ahead. Drink water as a spacer and protect your health.
You should not consume more then 1 drink an hour.
Sounds like you over did it.
Water Water Water and more Water.
When you start eating again without throwing up look for high nutrient food leave the chunk food alone.
Your body has gone through shock and needs to rest and be treated properly.
Despite what we think in our young age.
The body is not indestructible.
Consider yourself lucky this time.

Drink higher self alcohol. It is filtered more than the crappy well alcohol.
And the best way to get rid of a hangover is to take a shot of what you were drinking last night. I know it sounds horrible, but it usually works!

Personally Gatorade with a bowl of soup. If you can get chowder, go for it. It's hearty and rich...helping coat your stomach. Gatorade is good for the electrolytes, you need to get them back in you. Then have chocolate for dessert. Even just a candy bar will help. Getting the sugar and caffeine in you will help. Hope it works....

1) don't drink so much
2) sober up somewhat before you crash. Passing out=guaranteed hangover
3) LOTS OF WATER...alcohol dehydrates you = bad
4) tylenol (appropriate amount) before you crash. Aspirin tends to aggrivate stomach more which can lead to aspiration = bad
5) small amount of narcotic pain killer upon awakening (if ya gotta tylenol 3 your feel much better or care less about how bad you feel)
6) don't drink so much. Throwing up <> a good time
