On her, or breeding her?
Take her in and get her spayed. The vet will know what to do.

Is your dog in heat at this time? Did they actually "hook up" or was he just trying? Normally vets don't like to spay when in heat. She should be fine in the 10 days even if in heat now. If something did happen with the male the spay will take care of all that. You might need to check your female. It is very easy to tell if in heat as her privates will be quite swollen. She should have or be bleeding. Kind of hard to miss all this if you pay attention to the dog.
You might want to give vet a call if she is in heat at this time.

Go ahead with the spay. Push it up if you can. The sooner the better.
Tell the vet what happened before the surgery. The dog will need fluids during surgery, but she will be fine.

Call the vet first thing in the morning. Tell them what happened and see what they have to say. Unless she is in heat then you probably have nothing to worry about. If she is in heat then they may want to give her a shot to prevent the pregnancy.

Well, not a lot you can do now, but to keep her away. I had a female dog that had bread with a male twice before we even knew she was in heat, and LUCKILY she didn't get pregnant. If she was only mated once, she may not have become inpregnated.

Keep her in sight from now on and have the vet do a pregnancy test before the surgery.

if she isn't in heat, you have nothing to worry about. if she is, and is pregnant when you have her fixed, the pups will be aborted. just tell your vet so he knows what's going on

you will have to take her to the vet to see if she is pregnant, then you will have to decide where to go from there.
