I am 131 lbs. I am 5'4" and I am 13 years old. I'm in the seventh grade. If I get any rude comments, you are so reported. I have enough bull**** to deal with.

you are on the border of becoming overweight, which i know can be very hard for a teenager to deal with, i was an overweight teenager and i hated it but didnt do anything about it. if i could make some suggestions they would be first of all watch what you eat cut down on empty calories, empty calories are basically foods that dont give you nutrients and energy. also try to cut down on junk food, dont necessarily take it out of your diet altogether but just cut down on it. also try to exercise a little everyday, running and swimming are the best, also lift weights, dance, playing a sport in school can also be very helpful. just dont starve yourself and dont stuff yourself and then puke it out. its not healthy. just dont try to loose too much weight right away that is very unhealthy, do it slowy. good luck, i have faith in you.

Not at all. You're a pretty healthy weight for your size, if anything maybe 5 or 10 pounds over the average.

And either way, you're 13. Your body is still growing. You shouldn't worry so much about a few pounds just yet.

No !! trust me you are not i had the same problem when i was your age but i was 5ft exactly. Now i am 19 5'2 and 128 you will grow out of it and trust me i hotta kick@ss body. Every thing is in the right spot. Get active though and it will slim u down a bit though if you cant wait to grow. Dance, softball, soccer, basketball etc.

You are WAY to young to be worrying about your weight. I say this as someone who is a recovering bulimic. People tend to thin out during puberty anyway. I'm assuming you just want a straight answer though so, no you are not overweight at all. Infact, your height and weight seem very proportionate.

According to a weight chart you're not--depending on your size frame, it looks very average. Still, either there is some consutrctive criticism there or not. You can learn from your enemies they say. But let me ask you this: are you gaining?

If each boob is 10 pounds you are probably fine... Otherwise, quit complaining so much and eat less.
