Is it normal to look like I have gained weight if I ate a lot of sodium in the last few days?

Thanks!

And also, what are some ways to get rid of the 'water weight' that my body is holding on to?

Sodium will cause you to retain water, and you will gain weight because of large doses. It also will cause blood pressure to go up.

Change your diet to include more fresh fruits and vegetable. Veggies steamed or stir-fried or raw in salads. Fruits for snacks and fruit juices. Drink about 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day and walk. Walk at least 2 miles every day after work or school. In thirty days or less you will find that you have 'lost' all that stuff that makes you retain water and you will have converted all the flab that retains water to muscle. Keep it up forever and you will look 25 when you are 55.

We only buy whole salts created the ancient way. The ones from France are great. They are not pure sodium. You can actually put it in water and drink it and it will not harm you. In fact it is extremely good for you.

Check in your natural foods store near you...tah dahhhh!

Oh and you would have had to over do it to have those results I would think. There could be other reasons; oeriod, diet and so on. Ask your doctor.
