how can i flirt with a shy guy without being to obvious that i like him, but he gets a hint that i'm at least interested to get to know him more.

Well, I am one of the shy guys that girls r always talking about, but I have never talked to a girl that likes a shy guy. lol
But to answer ur question, Go up to him and say hi. Then touch him on the shoulder or knee if he is sitting down. They love to be touched, but they don't touch much because they r shy. Then u just have to start a conversation with him. He will pick up on what u r doing.

Come up with a project that he should be interested in, and ask him to help you with it.
This should take at least 4 hours a week, and require lots of consultation and contact between you to make sure it goes well.
He'll love it!
