Try Clicker training to teach your dog. I think it would be real easy using this method. I taught my dog some great tricks using clicker training.
This link has a video you can order that shows you how to teach your dog to skateboard using a clicker. The one you're looking for is called "Quick Clicks." Scroll down to 3rd from bottom.

I tried to teach my dog to skateboard and she kept running over her own feet and yelping

1. Tie him to your car.
2. Place him on your board.
3. Proceed to drive slowly.
4. Check every once in a while to make sure he's still on the board.
5. Make sure PETA doesn't see you doing this.

idk. u can hire someone. if u have a bulldog they can learn very easily. just like in rob and big!!!!!!!
