the question is all yours!! prayer is the answer to everything! feeling stressed about something? something getting you down? turn to prayer. just talk to God or whatever god you have and if its decently reasonable, im sure he will answer! thus, prayer is the answer.

I think I will change that a bit= prayer is not the answer= the one we pray to has ALL the answers

For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. Why then pray? Well, think of a human father. He knows what his child needs but still wants the child to come to him and tell him or ask him. It's the same with God. God knows what we need but He wants us to come to Him in prayer. Often, when faced with a problem we look only unto it, getting depressed, sad, angry. When praying and releasing this sorrow to God, we tend to feel better afterwards. God knows this as well. So the question would be "Where shall I go from here?"
