Huh? What are you trying to say? You want to turn off cruise control? You want to remove a governor? You want state speed limits to not apply to your vehicle?

You need a programmer to turn off the speed limiting software on your van. The issue is that you're taking your life in your own hands as minivans aren't stable at high speeds first of all. The tires will need to be replaced as they probably won't be rated for much over 85 mph. This is also dangerous to other drivers and may end up with you in the slammer, or worse.
