A muslim friend told me that on his death, he will be asked three questions by an unknown source and if correct he will be admitted to heaven.
I have paraphrased the questions he told me:
Which religion are you?
Who is your god?
Who is this person? (I believe then an image appears)
If I already know the relative answers to these questions being Islam, Allah and Muhammad, then does that mean I get admitted to heaven?
I am not in anyway trying to disparage the faith of muslims, however I am an atheist and if I am wrong about religion when I die, then I would like to have all bases covered.

Please let me clarify. All human being, once they die, will be made to face two Angels, inside the grave, whose responsibility is to question the dead on issues relating to his/her God, prophet, religion, belief and deeds . The exact questions are :
1.Who is Your God?
2.What is Your Religion?
3.Who is Your Prophet?
4.What is Your Book?
5.Where is Your Kiblat (direction when praying)?
6.Who are Your Brothers ?
Take note, Inside the grave, it is NOT your mouth that do the talking but the rest of your body thus, if you truly believe in Allah and has done all good deeds in relation to your faith in HIM, your heart and the rest of your body parts will answer truthfully - Allah, Islam, Prophet Muhammad, Al-Quran, Kaabah, Muslims. And if you are capable of doing so, you are among the blessed and not only will you be spared from torture inside the grave but will also be given comfort till the Day of Resurrection come.
Proof from Quran that the Day of Resurrection is real:
They will come forth, with humbled eyes from (their) graves as if they were locusts spread abroad,
(Chapter 54: Verse 7)
And the Trumpet will be blown (i.e. the second blowing) and behold! From the graves they will come out quickly to their Lord.
( Chapter 36 :51)
And the true promise (Day of Resurrection) shall draw near (of fulfillment). Then (when mankind is resurrected from their graves), you shall see the eyes of the disbelievers fixedly stare in horror. (They will say): "Woe to us! We were indeed heedless of this; nay, but we were Zalimoon (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.)."
( Chapter 21 : 97)

Was there any mention of the so-called 72 or so virgin maids
that they are all supposed to get at the gates of heaven. I do not think so.Now let me tell you how it's going to be
Question 1 Who did you work for ?
Question 2 Was the pay any good ?
Question 3 How much did you bring with you ?
If the answers to the above are all negative, you ain't going to get in.
Anyway you're mate will be alright, bet he's worth plenty of money what with the dole, and maternity benefits he'll be able to pay for you too.

You cannot get all the bases covered by trying to hedge your bet. Either you accept Christ or you don't. It doesn't really matter what "religion" you followed while here. And please don't allow anybody to tell you to "just say this prayer and you're covered". That's not acceptance of Christ.
