why do male cats have little tiny nipple like things on their belly? I noticed that on my cat and was wondering the use of
them or why they are even there...

its just part of the makeup, every male animal has vestigal nipples, even human males have them. They are not used for anything on the males.
If you want to get into the real meat of it, is that all embroys in utero when first starting to grow, are basically female, then depending on the Y or X chromosome, the HORMONES start to kick in, Testosterone for males, will retard the growth of female parts. Though they retain vestigal parts. Mammary glands and ovaries need Estrogen to develop. Testosterone is needed for Testicles and penis.

Is the nipple like things spreaded on the belly of your cat?It may be a female. Females have nipples spreaded on their belly, in case they have kittens. I haven't noticed those on our male cats.

Those tiny things are nipples. You may also notice that human males also have nipples. All fetus's begin as females and then change when Harmon's begin in uteri. They are not functional, as is the nipples on most males.

It is a question of biology. All male mammals have them. When mother nature makes an organism (embryo) it has both male and female characteristics, kind of like spare parts, depending on the hormones that are produced by the chromosomes (XX in females, XY in males) the organisms will produce estrogen or testosterone and the secondary sex characteristics will develop, like: breasts in females; beard in males. But the organism is ready to go which ever way the hormones dictate therefore you get secondary sex characteristics.

IVE NOTICED THAT BEFORE BUT NEVER QUESTIONED IT. THATS WHY WHEN I WAS YOUNG WE NAMED OUR CAT WITH A FEMALE NAME AND IT WAS A MALE CAT.
