What part of the arm? Wrist, extensors or flexsors (top of forearm or bottom), biceps, triceps or shoulders? What is the goal, flexibility, muscle definition, brut strenght?

Each section of the arm will have different "best" exercises depending on goal and ability. Also, are there any underlying factors like an old tennis injury?
