If you are looking for some examples, try a military base. Because of the wide range of cultural backgrounds from which troops come, they often have on-base services which are nondenominational and are called thing such as "General Protestant". They focus on the primary core of the Christian faith, and not on the details of doctrine which seperate the various denominations.
