I am 14 and recently purchased some adjustable dumbells. I have been doing push ups, sit ups, pull ups and other body weight exercises but i want to find a plan that incorporates both dumbbell and body weight exercises.

the only problem is that you are still 14 yrs old .you can work out if you dont want to grow any more.
ok i can give you some advice before working out do warm up and stretches and after work out cool down and do some stretches,if you do not cool down their could be a risk you get blood clogs bcuz your temperature is very high and stopping right away can not give it enough time to slow down.work out every other day if you want better results get them a day to rest, mucsules grow when resting.the day you dont work out do cardio, jump rope ,jogging, dancing, boxing or just keep heart beating.take protein bars for much batter results.when starting dumbells do them for 15 minutes the first day the next week keep adding 5 ponds to each one to have the burning sensation.when i started lifting dumbells i saw a big diffrence in just one week doing what i told you.do them the right way and you will see a bigger diffrence

Here are some sites that provide steps on what to do with each exercise.

Try to do 2 or 3 exercises of each muscle group per session.
