I don't think it can go either way. I agree that it was close. It's action-packed and that makes it even harder to pick a winner. I think that it really should have neen Marquez, though. He had some rough moments in the fight, but it was him who gave it his all. Barrera obviously did not fight with motivation. He was not inspired. Like he said, that fight will not make or break him. I think that's the reason that he lost. Marquez was the hungrier man with more to prove.

it was a awsome fight nothing better then watching two mexican boxers in the ring as far as boxing goes, but i belive Barrera did a better job jabs n counter punching but his wars on the ring are starting to show marqz is still fresh n when he got his hit on barrera u knew n it was obvoise he lookd like a lion but he got Ko n the ref didnt count it ,n if if barrera did lose theres no way in hell he lost by that many points where do they get these corrupted judges i want to know ,mafia still exists in vegas it will always be there barrera got scrwed cuz they know hes gona retire n they want marqz to be the next person for veags in that defision to bring the fans n the money ppv was good but bad desisions even when hopkins nephew won he really lost n those scorecards where crazy too,to me the fight shoul have been barreras or a draw and if was marqz no way in hell do the scorecards add up right what BS

I think Marquez did win but I totally dis agree with the score cards. I would have scored it really close. A lot of decision that not are confusing. Hopkin-forbes decision stinks while De Leon-Penalosa judges are blind or was watching a different fight.

I agree with you, it was too close to call, and I think it was a tie really, Marquez somehow got way too many points. They both trained hard and made it all worthwhile, but I would have liked to have seen the outcome of a draw, which usually leads to a second or third part of their bout.
Thanks for your time.

this the answer, BARRERA in my opinion actually won and those scorecards were too far apart in points. it was a very close fight and the ref and judges sucked big time that night.
